Exchange Process

  2. Share your order number along with clear photos (if required).

  3. Once your request is approved, we'll guide you through the exchange process.

  4. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will dispatch your replacement product.

Exchange Conditions

  • Exchanges are allowed for size issues, wrong item received, or damaged/defective products.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, you may exchange it for another item of equal value.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the mistake was made by our store.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
