All products purchased from Catchy Kids can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase – no requests will be entertained after that time.
We have a ‘No Refund’ policy. However, all other claims (defective product) as approved by the company will be processed within 14 working days. Once the claim is accepted, you will be allowed to select any other article of equal value from the website.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers will have to bear the shipping costs for returning articles at their own expense.

Summer stock will be exchanged only with Summer items & Winter items only with Winter items.
If any item purchased at full price goes on sale, it will be exchanged at the markdown price.
